A structured class designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of watercolour painting through guided practice and progressive exercises. Students will begin by learning core techniques through studying and emulating selected examples, before applying these skills to painting from still-life subjects. Emphasis is placed on understanding watercolour medium and how to achieve good results using its properties.
