Structured class designed to help students develop strong foundational drawing skills through direct observation of still-life subjects. Students will learn how to accurately translate what they see onto paper, with guided instruction in proportion, light and shadow, and the representation of form and volume. Emphasis is placed on strengthening hand–eye coordination, visual awareness, and confidence in drawing from life.
